Tubular Heater

Straight tube, "U" shaped or hairpin bend, "W" shaped in coil form etc. Tubular heater consists of a helical Nickel Chromium resistance coil with a cold terminal attached to each end, precisely centered and uniformly stretched within a heavy gauge metal pipe. It is then filled with high purity Magnesium Oxide insulation. This assembly is then swaged, reducing the diameter of the tube and compacting insulation to insure rapid heat transfer and hold the coil in its position.
