PVC Compound, PVC Resin

Calendaring-grade resins come with tighter particle size, plastisol-grade resins have a smaller particle size. Our PVC compound contains PVC resin, plasticizer, stabilizer, lubricants, and pigments. We fabricate various types of PVC compounding techniques. For instance, the dry blending technique is used in preparing PVC formulations for subsequent fluxing and forming. In the dry blending process, we mix the solids of the PVC formulation with the liquid ingredients with dry, free-flowing powder.
