These Trolleys are typically constructed using two small wheels which are positioned underneath a load-bearing platform. The hand trolley usually has two handles on its support frame. These handles are used to push, pull and manoeuvre the trolley. When the goods are in place, the trolley is tilted backward so that the load balances against the platform and the support frame.
