Coated Calcium Carbonate 2T-M is a Coated Ground Calcium Carbonate, processed through an innovative processing technique, having very fine and controlled particle size distribution and produced from rocks of white and very high CaCO3 chemical purity from 20 MICRONS SDN. BHD. - MALAYSIA - The unique particle size distribution results in achieving better dispersion at more than 80% loading masterbatches without compromising on the dispersion & mechanical behavior. Woven sack tapes (Raffia) Application : It improves the anti splitting and anti fibrillation, increases stiffness, control water carrying, even at more than 30% dilution in low deniers woven tapes with better elongation and tensile properties. Film Application : It improves tear resistance, control water vapor permeability, provides exceptional processability with enhance opacity & stiffness. Sheets and Moulded Products Application : It increases stiffness, improves extruder output and lowers down the shrinkage. Nonwoven and fiber Application : It provides enhanced processability and better oapcity. Moreover it provides a techno commercial viability. White / Colour / Black / Additive Masterbatches Application : Improves processability, maximize the filler and pigment dispersion with better flow which imparts higher gloss & reduces cost substantially.PVC Pipe Application : Enables an increase in loading during extrusion process and also provides better gelation, optimize fusion, exhibits a better surface gloss / finish and excels ultimate reinforcement for enhancing tensile strength, impact strength and withstand to high pressure test. It enables to pass all IS quality standard test of Rigid PVC Pipes. Window and Door Profile Application : Improves flow properties and maximize the filler and pigment dispersion which enhances gloss. Also imparts stiffness & izod impact strength with homogeneous sizing of PVC Profile. PVC Cable Compounding : Improves the volume resistivity and insulation property, enhances the mechanical properties, flexural modulus, improves the thermal conductivity with better surface gloss / finish extruded at higher speed wire draw line and even lowers down the requirement of plasticizer / stabilizer.
