Blow Moulding Machine

We supply and manufacture blow molding machine, used to make hollow plastic parts by inflating a heated plastic tube, known as a parison, inside a mold. The whole process can be divided into three steps: extrusion (in which the parison is formed), inflation (where the air is blown into the parison to expand it to the mold shape), and cooling (where the plastic solidifies). These are normally used for making bottles and bottles, along with many hollowed out products made from plastic. Depending upon their application, there is variation in blow molding machine; these may be in type of extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding, or stretch blow molding.
