We manufacture complete seat structures for passenger cars using ERW, CDW tubes, CRCA & HR sheet stampings, wired parts, hardware along with seat recliners. Tube bending is carried out on the latest 3 /4 Axis CNC tube bending machines. Frame assemblies are welded on well-designed pneumatic fixtures to minimize frame distortion & maintaining higher productivity. Welded assemblies are powder coated after pre-treatment & hardware, seat recliners are fitted during final assemblies.
