BGA Machine

We are selling and exporting BGA machines mainly used in the assembly as well as testing of electronic parts, that is putting on and soldering the BGA packages onto the PCBs. BGA has solder balls on its underneath side, arranged in some grid pattern, and this technology requires precision alignment and soldering. BGA machines usually consist of placement machines, which place the components on the PCB, and reflow ovens, which melt the solder balls to make connections. These are very important in modern electronics manufacturing because they are accurate and efficient in handling complex, high-pin-count components.
