While its eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant minimizes environmental impact, its ventilated cooling system helps maintain quality of merchandised pies, cakes, and other baked goods. To enhance the display and increase impulse purchases, this unit is built with curved front glass as well as LED interior lighting. The refrigerated display case is a 4-level model designed with 11 cu. ft. of interior space and furnished with 3 adjustable glass shelves. Its base is constructed of stainless steel-a rugged, corrosion-resistant metal that can be wiped clean-and for mobility between areas, this unit is mounted on casters.
